This unit has been recently updated with all the bells and whistles including all new furniture and appliances to make your trip completely relaxing. It comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and has a convenient in unit laundry room. The first master bedroom has a king size bed, the second master has two queen beds, the third bedroom has two twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

All bedrooms including Living Room have flat panel televisions and cable. The unit also has wifi. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your stay. Weekly rentals are preferred but shorter stays can be approved but are subject to dates selected.

Las Brisas offers a heated pool, barbeque and picnic area, off street parking and is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars including the famous Johns Pass! You are just minutes from the beautiful Treasure Island beach and so much more!

    There is only one parking spot for the unit. You must park in #403 and display your parking pass. Vehicles parked in other spots will be towed.

    Please load and run the dishwasher prior to departure if you have any unwashed dishes.

    If you have used any of the colored beach towels, please wash them prior to departure. All white linens will be laundered by the cleaning company.
