As a family of 5 who loves to travel, The Ratcliffes know just what you’re looking for in a vacation. Catherine (originally from Canada) and her husband, Grant (born in the USA!), love exploring new places with their 3 daughters alongside.
They decided to buy properties in their favorite holiday destinations, the Blue Ridge Mountains, Georgia and coastal Florida. Given the high demands of stressful jobs and busy, bright daughters, they wanted these homes as places they could go and make memories as a family and entice their daughters back to the nest as they’ve begun forming their own lives.
For fun, they enjoy golfing, reading a good book, and exploring the lesser known sides to these popular vacation destinations. They’re full of great insider tips on how you can really make the most of your holidays when you decide to rent from them.

About the Host
Catherine and her husband, Grant, are passionate about traveling with their three daughters. Catherine is originally from Canada, and Grant from Delaware, they fell in love with the Blue Ridge Mountains and Florida upon their first visits to the areas. As places they love to get away to as a family, they’ve built their vacation rental homes with comfort and luxury in mind, ensuring their guests enjoy their holidays as much as they do.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
